Application of anti-dumping switch on box fan.

In order to protect the safety of the fan itself and the safety of use, the manufacturer will install a photoelectric anti-dumping switch on the control panel of the turntable fan to protect the function of the fan itself by disconnecting the power when the fan is tipped over.
Optical anti-dumping switch has high accuracy of action, no mechanical contact surface, long life without safety hazards, small size and easy installation. There are two types of installation: horizontal and vertical installation; tilting action angle includes 30° and 45°.

There is a transmitter, receiver and ball inside this photoelectric anti-dumping switch, the ball is placed in the middle of the transmitter and receiver similar to a conical groove, when the equipment is tilted or fallen, the ball will move with the angle of tilt, when tilted to a certain angle, the light emitted by the transmitter is received by the receiver, which triggers the external alarm or control circuit function. When we pick up the equipment, the ball back to the original position to cut off the circuit, the equipment can return to the original working state.
