Size selection for ceiling fans
Everyone's living room and bedroom space varies in size, so when choosing a fan it is important to make sure that the fan is the right size for you.
1.If the length of the wall is 13 feet, a 36" ceiling fan will be suitable.
2.If the length of the wall is 15 feet, a 56" ceiling fan will be suitable.
3.If your home is larger than the above, you should choose a 56" to 60" ceiling fan to achieve more effective airflow.
Choosing the length of the ceiling pole
When the distance from the floor to the ceiling is small (less than 8" / 2.5m), the lowest point of the ceiling fan blade needs to be greater than 2.3m from the floor for safety, so only ceiling fans can be selected. When the distance from floor to ceiling is greater than 8" / 2.5m, a standard ceiling fan can be selected. If the ceiling fan comes with a general light fixture, the length of the ceiling rod will also need to be adjusted according to the length of the light fixture.
The number of fan blades to choose from
