What are the production processes?
I. DESIGN DRAWINGS
Our professional engineer will provide detailed design drawing according to the customer's requirements or based on similar sample, and confirm with the customer before production.
II. MANUFACTURE OF MOULDS
Mould factory will manufacture the mould based on 3D design drawings.
(3d printing available and final samples will be supplied on request)
III. INJECTION MOULDING TEST
Trial production and testing of products with 3D moulds and optimisation of mould details according to requirements.
IV. MANUFACTURING COMPLETION
After passing the test, the moulds are packed and shipped or left at the factory to be put into use as customer-exclusive moulds.
