Installation and use steps and precautions

(1) Installation steps

Step 1: Circuit power failure, please remove the corresponding fuse or make the corresponding circuit breaker trip.

Step 2:Bolted or screwed to the ceiling and can be disconnected by removing the cover plate.

Step 3: Lower the lamp and disconnect the wires. Mark each wire with masking tape for later identification.

Step 4:There are two wires in the circuit and three wires in the lamp. Connect the black wire as well as the black wire, the white wire as well as the white wire, and then connect the remaining ground wire (wire or green wire) to the metal junction box or other location suggested by the merchant. Use the lug nuts to connect and check that the connection is secure afterwards.  Connect with wiring nut and check whether it is firm after connecting.

Step 5: Check wiring and push all wires into the junction box (metal or plastic box for electrical connection).

Step 6:Connect the ceiling fan to a junction box or hook.

Step 7: Remove the bottom cover from the fan unit, then pull out the ends of all loose wires and connect them by black wire to black wire, white wire to white wire, and ground wire to ground wire.

Step 8: Re-energize the circuit and test the system.

(2) Function use steps

1.Fan and light are controlled separately, each with a zipper, the middle zipper is to control the light, next to the zipper is to adjust the fan gear, the fan has three gears, the switching order is: off - high speed - medium speed - low speed

(3) Cautions

1.Distance from the ground: the distance of the ceiling fan will directly affect our safety and comfort, when installing a ceiling fan, be sure to keep the distance between the fan blade and the ground at 2.5 meters, or 3 meters.

2.Distance from the ceiling: combined with the actual situation to judge, there are many kinds of ceiling fans sold on the market, its style, material will affect its thickness, if the thickness of the ceiling fan is too large, the fan blade is too curved, then we can choose the top of the ceiling fan is the most prominent point, so that it and the distance from the ceiling to maintain at about 400 to 500 mm; at the same time, if the distance from the ceiling is too close, it will affect the airflow and wind volume problems. 

3.Others: Ceiling fan light can not be installed directly on the decorative ceiling, with at least two expansion screws to fix the hanger in the solid wood or cement ceiling.

Usage problems

No wind after fan installation. What's the reason?

1.whether the fan is reversed (from the side, the fan from right to left for positive, and vice versa for reverse), reversing the wind is up, if there is a positive and reverse models, just toggle the positive and reverse switch can be solved; if this model does not have positive and reverse, it is the fan factory is connected to the wrong line;

2.Is there a ceiling where the fan is installed?If so, the boom must be lengthened, the standard is: the blade position must be below the ceiling more than 20 cm wind is normal. If the installation area is too small, the wind will also be affected. If the factory fan turns fast and in positive direction, there will be wind during normal installation.

What is the reason for the sound of the fan after installation?

1.Check each screw, lampshade parts are solid.

2.In the case of no problem in the installation, you can try to remove the lamps and lanterns to try, still can not, you can remove the blade, the motor no-load situation to see if there will be sound, if there is still sound, need to observe whether the friction sound,is the case to check whether the motor and the outer cover have scraped to the phenomenon, to determine the use of screwdriver gently pry the outer cover can be solved. 

After the fan is installed, the fan turns and the light does not turn on. What is the cause?

1.First check whether the circuit is normal and whether each wiring part is correct and firm.

2.Whether the contact of the copper piece of the fire wire in the lamp head is intact or after the power is turned on, a test pen is available to test whether the fire wire at the lamp head or terminal is charged(charged: light source problem, not charged: circuit problem or wiring problem).

What is the reason why the fan does not turn or turns slowly after the whole installed?

1.First check whether the circuit is normal and whether each wiring part is correct and firm.
